The air fryer has a fan that moves the heat around, so there will be noise when operating. However, the noise should not be excessive. We are pleased to inform you our air fryers are BPA and PFOA-free. The baskets are made of high-quality aluminum and have a nonstick coating which is a non-toxic Teflon.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dual Blaze is much quieter than other Corsori fryers. In fact it's very quiet. The coating is PFOA and BPA free and is good non-stick surface and easy to clean.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The air fryer isn't very noisy in my opinion, but it does make a noticeable sound similar to a kitchen exhaust fan. The air fryer does have a non-stick coating on the rack and the walls/floor of the basket, which might be Teflon (I can't find information that says what it's made of for sure).
