- Answer Mine have all been dry too. I have tried adding extra olive oil and water but still no success. I have noticed if I mix the bread in the bread maker, remove, add tons of extra water and olive oil and bake in my Dutch oven that it’s pretty delicious and not dry at all. Doesn’t fix the issue at hand but it’s an alternative for better results at least.

- Answer Very easy to clean. The only part that needs it all the time is the bread pan and the paddle which all come out of the maker very easily. If the lid gets dirty its very easy to just wipe off.
