A:AnswerThanks for your question, Ebert. We should be able to help with your computer and transfer your data. For support with this, please call us at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778.
A:AnswerWe may be able to upgrade your computer, but we would want to know the specifics. For support with this or for assistance with scheduling an in-home appointment, please call us at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778.
A:AnswerThat's correct. The amount of data used on your hard drive should equal the amount that needs to be transferred. We should be able to do that for you under this service.
A:AnswerHey there. Thanks for your question! If it's quite old, we'd recommend not upgrading and putting money into it. In that case, we'd want to look at replacements. We'd love to hear more about your Dell laptop and see where it's at so we can best help. I'd recommend heading into your local Best Buy and working with one of our Blue Shirts to get started. You can find information about your local store at www.bestbuy.com/storelocator.
A:AnswerHi there. Thanks for your awesome question! We absolutely can take care of this for you. If it's possible, I'd recommend bringing the laptop into the store with an external hard drive (or purchasing it there). The data transfer service is a flat $99 and doesn't have a limit like the home does. We can absolutely come out to the home to do it, as long as you know the price can significantly go up depending on how much data there is (past 100 GB). We'd like to know a little more of the situation so we can meet you where you are and take care of it. To get started, you can either reach out to your local Best Buy store or contact us at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778.
A:AnswerI purchased the Total Tech service when I bought my new computer. I had an issue with my downloads being in HTML foremat instead of PDF. I went on-line with Tech service
& had the problem resolved in short order. You should be able to do the same either on-line or by phone.
