The maximum resolution supported when connected DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable(shipped with the monitor) is 2560 x 1440 at 165 Hz. However, the results are not assured with DVI to DisplayPort cable. We recommend you to reach out to the Dell technical support team for assistance. They are available 24/7 on Facebook and Twitter(@Dellcares).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Whatever you were going to spend on this monitor you should be using to upgrade that ancient gpu.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That depends on the brand of GT440 you have. Max res for the EVGA is 2048x1536. Since this monitor doesn't have DVI connectors you won't reach the 2560x1600 done by the dual DVI link it talks about on the EVGA product page. Any other brand of GT440 could be a whole different ball game. Since the EVGA page lists the hit that came up on my Google as a PCIe2.0 card you might want to look in to a graphics card/PC upgrade if your setup is as old as I think it is to get more out of the monitor.
