Each battery lasts about 30 minutes depending on flight conditions. I realistically get about 28 minutes of flight- which is plenty for my use. When you get the fly more bundle, you should easily be able to get 1 hour and 30 minutes of flight time. Yes, it fits my Galaxy Note 10+ with a thick case so it should be able to fit your iPhone with no problems. I'm not sure who the manufacturer of the lense is but the camera is extremely clear and crisp.

Rated at 34 minutes, but you can expect about 28-30mins in normal conditions. The controller battery lasts for more than 3 batteries worth, and will charge your phone as well.

I haven't timed it exactly, and I'm sure wind isn't the only factor that affects longevity (amount of rapid movement, for example), but I believe it's a pretty fair approximation. I have an iPhone X but my wife's iPhone 7 Plus fits in it as well. It feels to be near the extent of the controllers limitation, but it fits. I can't answer the question on lens manufacturer. Honestly though, the image quality is fantastic.
