Exact same issue. The unit is plugged directly into a 15 A 120 V circuit - no other devices on the circuit and no extentsion cord. Works for a little while and then goes into the h2 error mode. The unit is completely cleaned out. Were you ever able to find the source of the problem? Thanks - T.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does the same thing too. I have to unplug it completely when the error code comes up because the remote doesn’t work after it comes up. Dyson has already replaced my last hot/cold fan for this reason & now the replacement is doing the same thing. So annoying
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Room is. probably already at the desired temp or above. Remote doesn't work if room is at desired temp. Try increasing the temp setting a degree or two warmer.

This error is there to alert you to an over/under current. The machine draws more energy while in heat mode, 1500 watts. You will want to ensure that your machine is being plugged directly into outlet and not a power strip/extension cord. You should also keep your AM09 on a separate outlet/breaker than other high powered devices. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we'll be happy to assist you further with this. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
