- Answer It's a tablet, so if you know the how to of unlocking it and bypassing their software, then yes you can do it. Various individuals over at XDA developers have done it. But for the rest of the consumers, no it wont work by simply plugging in anything.

- Answer Hi Jeff, IFit is not compatible with Echelon bikes. However, we are compatible with Strava and Zwift, after every ride you receive an email with your stats. And the echelon fit app keeps tabs of your rides.

QuestionI'm curious can you only get the Echelon app material on the screen? Also can you flip the screen around if you want to take one of their other classes (like Pilate's) and you're not on the bike?

- Answer The screen flips over and rotates so you can see the screen from the front of the bike and take other classes. And yes you can only get Echelon material. There is a workaround for Youtube, but the bike doesn't work properly of you can't use the metrics on screen.

- Answer Hi! You can use the "freestyle" option on the EchelonFit app which is free, however you will only see your metrics and not an instructor or music. If you have a subscription to the Echelon Fit app, you can have full access to all cycling and off-bike classes.

- Answer You Tube unpacking video says the EX5s box is 41"L x 13"W X 35.25H. If they are different after I pick up I will update.

- Answer You should have received a 21" screen in the box with the bike (it was in its' own box in the box with the bike)

- Answer If ordered from any retailer; including but not limited to Academy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sam's Club, Costco, Best Buy, or Walmart: Go to More > Select Equipment > + insert the store from which you purchased the equipment. Then, go to More > Manage Subscriptions, and you will see options to start your trial/subscription.
