You can also encounter this if you do not install the full Epson driver set. I encountered this when I let Windows install/use the default drivers. After downloading the latest drivers from the Epson site and running the installer I was able to properly print in color and black & white/greyscale.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had all of the yellow not print, then during a cleaning cycle the magenta also quit completely. It appeared the printhead couldn't pump the ink, could be a vacuum problem so I opened the scanner cover, then opened the ink cover, then opened the caps on both colors, while leaving the caps open I ran a cleaning cycle, this fixed it completely with one cycle.

This is that box that you select how many copies, whether or not you want the layout to be 'portrait' or 'landscape', etc. https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=5los%2Fk8F&id=BE3CF2486C05F92EDFF890CF0D47C04382797746&thid=OIP.5los_k8Fw8NwdwUHx52swQHaGG&mediaurl=https%3A%2F%2Faux.uncc.edu%2Fsites%2Faux.uncc.edu%2Ffiles%2Fmedia%2Fprint_1.jpg&exph=268&expw=325&q=how+to+select+color+print+in+print+preview&simid=608043683280650951&ck=20486F62FFF367848BA694517CBE97B5&selectedindex=20&form=EX0023&adlt=demote&shtp=GetUrl&shid=81ae0f17-ce5b-4b92-aa57-3452b12e2d1e&shtk=UHJpbnRpbmcgSW5zdHJ1Y3Rpb25zIHwgQXV4aWxpYXJ5IFNlcnZpY2VzIHwgVU5DIENoYXJsb3R0ZQ%3D%3D&shdk=Rm91bmQgb24gQmluZyBmcm9tIGF1eC51bmNjLmVkdQ%3D%3D&shhk=Wtq%2FbiEQF8DldkhfA5P6kzJoy%2Bwu9H2GSipW6an%2F09g%3D&shth=OSH.grQLoLtv%252BkqrKd%252BFF%252BdCXw
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi nevadanull, First, make sure the ET-37560 driver is not set to Black/Grayscale. If it is, change it to Color. Once this is set, run a nozzle check to make sure the color nozzles are printing correctly. If not, running an automatic cleaning cycle will correct this. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
