I have a band that broke, they wont replace...never ever got it wet!

They responded to me immediately and were really nice about sending me a new one! I included pictures, which I think helped. Try reaching out to their customer service again.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are thousands of fashion bands available for Fitbits. Go online and find what you need and just clip on the new one. I just installed a nice metal mesh one with a magnet latch that is both durable and stylish.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think they "rectified" it by changing the way the 2 is interchangeable with different wrist bands. I had 4, (FOUR! in a year!) regular Fitbit HR's and each and every single one broke the same way. I really miss having that technology on my wrist but I too am hesitant to purchase another if this issue hasn't been resolved. I could join a gym for $150. I did receive 3 replacements but once the year cycled and my last replacement broke, they would not replace it again. I suggested they fix this issue. I guess this is their solution.
