QuestionMy window is 22" wide. Can this model be installed with only one side panel instead of one on each side? I really like the unit and want it in this window!. Is there a way to do this?

- Answer Yes you absolutely can! I have an older apt that has horizontal sliding windows and made this product work for me! With just a little ingenuity and resourcefulness (had to fill in the gap at the top) also time I was successful! Your query is not a problem really. Again you can install your air conditioner with only one side wing. Thank you

QuestionFor Frigidaire: If the unit measures 12"H x 16"W x 15.5 D, why do you need a minimum opening of 13"H x 23"W for a 12 X16 unit? I plan to build a frame for it in a travel trailer window. Is the extra room for accordion panels? Please explain.

QuestionThe drainage hole is supposedly underneath the unit. Where exactly? I have examined it and do not see one. Can you tell me the location in more detail than "it is on the bottom"? Thank you

- Answer Hi MB! Typically, the drain hose is located underneath the air conditioner on the bottom left on certain models. All of our air conditioners recycle the water, there is a sling on the fan that picks up the water and disperses it on to the condenser coils; which helps evaporates the water.
