QuestionI'm confused if using in AC mode you just need to set up the exhaust vent in the window which the unit comes with correct. When in dehumidifier/AC mode does the unit come with a hose how do you drain it? Is there a link to the manual?

- Answer AC mode only requires the exhaust in the window. Dehumidifier mode requires an external hose that the user must provide. The manual requests that it be connected to a drain.

QuestionI see on the Instruction Manual that the Window Installation Kit that is included with this model will only extend up to 48.5 inches in height. If I have a window that is taller than 48.5 inches (it is around 60 inches tall). How can I make the kit fit?

QuestionWhat do you do when get P1 error? Can't be full of water as this is brand new unit just plugged in first time. I just picked up unit from store.

QuestionHow to keep AC unit from leaking? I don't have any windows in the room the AC is in. I can't keep it from leaking. is there something I am doing wrong this is the first time I have owned one.

- Answer You have no window you will always have to drain it then.
