• Left side second shelf.. We had to go back to Best Buy to find out because it is not displayed in Manual.

• We had the same question. Ended up putting it on the left side of the fridge under the ice maker... It's worked out well there.

• it hooks under one of the shelves in the back.

• It fits on the top shelf right next to the ice maker on the left hand side so that it hangs below that top shelf...not on the door at all.
