• Using the Instinct Stopwatch: From any screen, hold SET > Select Stopwatch > Press GPS to start the timer > Press GPS to stop timer > Press UP, and select an option. For more information contact us at [email protected] or visit our Support Center, https://support.garmin.com/en-US/. Thanks Jenny
