Hi Mau123- Thanks for reaching out to us! The following questions were answered 4 weeks ago and posted on bestbuy.com. 1.) Question Why does the filter light keep coming on? I took the filter out. There was barely anything on it. But I cleaned it anyway and reinstalled it. It STILL blinks at me. Then sometimes it stops. Answer: Hi Mau123, thanks for reaching out! If you've cleaned the filter, and pressed the Filter pad to reset it, and the light is still coming on, try to reset the internal electronics of the unit by disconnecting power for a few minutes and then restoring power. If the power cord has a current interrupter device, press the TEST button and then the RESET button while it is still plugged into the outlet. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael; 2.) Q: Question The eco feature has me a little baffled. I have it set for 78. It does its job once then seems to go to sleep. When I enter the room next morning or even an hour or 2 later, the temp is 82 or 83. I have to wake it up to do its job. Why? Answer: Hi Mau123, thanks for reaching out! When Eco Mode is on the fan will cycle on and off with the compressor. This may result in wider variations of room temperature and humidity. NOTE: the fan may continue to run for a short time or may pulse intermittently after the compressor cycles off to sample the room air. Sizing is incredibly important for air conditioners and dehumidifiers. If the unit is sized incorrectly, you may notice issues with cooling the room.
