“How do you turn the fan in the back off during the cycle. It automatically turns on when the washer is on and doesn't turn off till you open the door. The UltraFresh Light is not on, nor was that button pressed. Thanks”

Hello. Thanks for reaching out about your washer. We're sorry about the inconvenience with the fan. Your model is designed with a 1-Step Wash & Dry Cycle. This feature will tumble clothes and introduce a constant stream of air into the washer compartment upon completion of select wash cycles. Inside the machine is an extra hose w/ fan assembly to blow air out of the machine; draws air through the fresh vent. The fan is a part of the normal operation.
