QuestionHow quickly can this do light toast and is it evenly toasted on both sides? My old Panasonic toaster does light toast in 2.5min so hoping it's around this time.

QuestionWhen air frying, do you set the basket on the oven rack? And do the heating elements need to be cleaned when drips from above land on them

- Answer No you slide the basket in on the side rails. There is a drip pan so no dripping ever get near the heating elements.

QuestionWhat is the inside Dimensions? Especially the height from bottom rack to top elements? Is it tall enough to bake loaf of bread?

QuestionI am looking for a "cook and hold" oven for cooking prime rib at my home, like I do at the restaurant. Does this have a "hold" temperature and if so, what is the lowest hold temperature? Cook @ 350/1 hour, hold @ 140/6 hours?

- Answer Thanks for reaching out about this fantastic toaster oven! This model isn't designed for this type of operation. The maximum time this oven will stay on without being restarted is 2 hours. The Keep Warm temperature can be set to 140 degrees F. You would have to monitor the internal temperature with a separate temp probe/meat thermometer. We're glad you asked! -Mikayla@GEA

QuestionHow hot does the external surfaces become during use? Is it safe for touch?

- Answer Thank you for asking your question. During use it will get warm to the touch as the side have louvers. For safety I would use oven mitts should you need to move it after use. We do not have actual exterior temperature as that would depend on temperature set and how long used. Place the oven on a level and stable surface where oven has at least 4" (10cm) of clearance on all sides of the unit, and at least 8" (20cm) of clear space above. Do not block side vents. QuestionIt says not to use the oven rack when using the air fryer basket but rather slide the basket in - the air fryer basket that came with mine is not wide enough to slide in? Am I missing something?
