“I am not sure where the oven racks are suppose to be on the top oven an the bottom. Some of recipes have really come out without being done .”

Hello - this is Nancy at GE Appliances. This is one of our most popular ovens. I am happy to help you with regard to the oven racks. Please check the Owner's Manual Cooking Guide on page 18.
