“Will it work with mobile data instead of internet? I do not have access to internet where I live, but I have an unlimited data plan on my phone (android). I also do not have mobile hotspot. However, I have a modem and a wifi router (again no internet). Will chromcast work for me? I will I be able to watch netflix or youtube on my phone, and mirror it to my TV?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it needs to be set up on a wifi access point. Then your moble connects to the chrome connection basically mirroring over to the chrome device. In other words it doesnt use your moble data only wifi.
