I assume you meant Asus. Most likely you need to install Chromecast on your tablet. If Chromecast is installed, try unisntalling, rebooting, then reinstalling.

However, installing the Google cast app on your tablet is the first step. If you have done this already, try reinstalling it, then reboot your tablet. Make sure the Chromecast is firmly inserted in to the HDMI port as well as the USB port. You can use the app to reset the Chromecast, then follow each step to set it up. On the Google Play Store App Home page, there is a tab for Chromecast. Check to see if you have the necessary apps and if your apps are up to date.

Try making sure to add the Chromecast software which is on the Google play store. Also make sure your Chromecast and your phone/tablet are on the same network.

If you haven't already downloaded the chromecast app- the official google one, do that first and run thru the setup.
then download allcast or one of the other chromecasat related apps.

you should have some way of selecting the player you want to play the video after selecting it. not sure about memo pad. when prompted, choose allcast for ex., then select your chromecast from the list shown- it'll be the name you chose when you setup your chromecast with the above official cc app. your video should start shortly after this.

Make sure your chromecast and tablet are on the same Wi-Fi network. Make sure apps are up to date, including the chromecast app. Make sure the chromecast itself is up to date. Failing all of that, factory reset the chromecast.

You have to download the chromecast app. And the actual thing onky works with such apps like youtube that have been adapted to cast.

From my understanding of the product it doesnt actually connect to ur tablet. It shares a connection thru wifi. So if you arent able to sync or stream media from your device to your tv, check your internet speedto assure it is operating with the device. Upon setup of the device your guest setting needs to be turned off from your modem/router. You can confirm this by searching for a connection using your device and see if it locates a signal with your connection name and the word guest behind it. Hope this helps.
