This is for indoor. In the specification does not mention anything about being water resistant.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is an indoor camera that should operate in well ventilated areas between 32 degrees and 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this camera outside for a year now because it did not say not to use it outside. My uncle has also used his wired cameras outside for at least 5 years. HOWEVER, mine is on a post under the front porch at the top of the steps and his is on his covered patio, and i believe: under his garage light, up against his house/ under gutters/ wedged between his house and a shrub. ALL of them are plug ins and he is an electrical engineer (creditable source). I will add that i do intend to get a case for the one i have and the next wired one i will put outside. I will not get a security camera that has a battery and neither would he. My wired nest cam was purchased at least 5 years ago although i did not use it until this past year due to vandalism problems. (See picture i posted of it above the flag.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I own it and the answer is no, it's not weatherproof or rated for outdoor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, it is a wired indoor Google Cam
