The only thing Best Buy does is sell the scooters. All parts and service are done by GoTrax and their authorized service providers.

Hello,
I am familiar with bikes, scooters, and motorcycles, and I make my repairs. Depending on where you live, you can have this scooter serviced at almost any store that sells them. As for parts, you can buy them online (I would buy the battery only from GOTRAX).
