Is this water proof or resistant in case of rain or flooding on streets? null

Right out of the owners manual: Do not operate the device if it has been exposed to water, moisture or any other liquids to prevent against electric shock, explosion and/or injury to yourself and damage to the device. It also states to store it in a dry location.

Nope. It very specifically says in the user manual not to get wet at all. Don’t submerge it, don’t ride in rain, don’t ride through puddles, don’t wash, don’t hose off. Nothing. I haven’t tested any of these since it’s kind of pricey as far as scooters go. But according to Hover-1 the answer is NO!

It isn't terrible on wet pavement but the battery / charging port sit very low and there is just a small rubber stopper for the port. Do not attempt to ride this through standing water.
