Hi Barbie, thank you for the question. You'll need a modem (or a router, if you want to connect wirelessly) that will be supplied by your internet provider. The HP 24-df1224 All-in-One desktop computer does not include a CD drive, however, you can connect an external CD drive using the USB ports.

Hey Barbie-- this doesn't have a CD/DVD drive (I hate that computers have stopped including those).
