No, the flatbed scanner of this product must be used for scanning photos, and this model will take plain paper, photo paper, HP matte brochure or professional paper, HP glossy brochure or professional paper. There is no additional information to answer the remaining question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have only used the auto document feeder for papers not photos and I've usually only include documents that were the same size. I don't know that I would try to scan the thick photos from the 1800's and early 1900's.
