Questiondo you need both usb cables plugged into a laptop or pc to get the pass through usb port built into the keyboard to work for a usb mouse? or does just one usb into a laptop or pc work? does it matter which usb cable? one's white one is black.

- Answer One only needed for the keyboard. The other dedicated for the pass thru only. So if you don't need the pass thru like me, just plug in the one.

QuestionMy son plays xbox on his tv. He just bought this keyboard, a mouse and a hyper x wired headset but cant figure out where to plug in the headset. Can you not use this keyboard with your wired headset, or only wireless headset?
