There seems to be 2 different HDMI's try the lower one It did the same for me. Bottom one works but top one doesn't and I cannot figure out why and have been trying to contact support for help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The ports at the top of the PC are integrated ports that connect directly to the Motherboard. The ports at the bottom of the PC are connected to the Graphics Card. If your PC has a graphics card, then the ports at the top that are connected to the motherboard are automatically disabled. I think that it is stupid, but there is a way to enable them. This video literally gives a step by step on how to enable them! This only works on PCs with Intel Core (This PC does have Intel Core) https://youtu.be/_Ftk8jQhsqE
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.try to connect your display/monitor where your video cards HDMI is. So connect it directly to your VIDEO/graphics card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same issue with the HDMI not connecting. I have tried everything.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine didn’t work as well. The HDMI on the gpu is the one you want to use. Does it start up but don’t show anything on the screen. Try taking it out and re seating it back in. My gpu clip that held it in came off and loosened So I took it out and set it back in and has been perfect since.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You were likely plugging in your HDMI cable straight into the motherboard. This will only work if the CPU has integrated graphics. Since this PC comes with a graphics card you need to plug the HDMI into the port that is provided via the graphics card. This is typically the lower port of the two. If this is still unclear which one is for the graphics card, look and see which port is on the same level as your graphics card (the huge horizontal thing that sits below the CPU fan). That one belongs to the graphics card and is the one you should plug in to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, use the lower hdmi or displayport. you CAN use 2 monitors if one hdmi and one displayport. top hdmi not connected and top usb c doesn't work with hdmi adapter
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My came with a sticker that said to use the ports on the graphics card, the other one is for integrated graphics which are a lot worse
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The HDM I port on the PC world be disabled your need to use the HDM I port on the video card itself. When you have a dedicated video card the om board video is typically disable on out going port which is why the top HDMI will not work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The bottom middle hmdi port worked for me
