Hello, Make sure you are plugging the HDMI cable into the computer's graphics card and not the motherboard. It should work with the PC as long as the cable is correct.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you’re plugging it into the right port. I did the same thing too when I was first hooking it up and only used the TV as a monitor. You have to put it into the main HDMI port and not the accessory ports. On the guide it also mentions this because it’s a common error.
