1. Yes...U Can Turn The Lights Off Completely If You Prefer That Although You Are Missing Out On Some Lighting Displays,,,Front & Back. 2. Yes...It Does Connect Through Bluetooth Once You Pair It Up & Everytime You Turn On It Will Connect Automaticlly.
