If this is happening when you are closing the door it is because the heavy containers are pressing against it and popping that holder off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have it happen and I used a plastic L shaped piece to keep things in place or use the drip tray that came with the fridge to group bottles or cans together so they are less likely to fall out. It is annoying
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Its not really designed to hold larger, heavier objects in door. A quart, yes. A 1/2 gallon, no. Check to make sure its level though front to back as this can make items lean too forward if not level. Also, milk should always be kept in fridge in coldest part for max freshness.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In response to Insignia, This happened when I was removing the milk container and then another time when I was removing the 2 liter container. Another purchaser noted this problem in his review of the refrigerator. I believe this could be alleviated if the end pieces that go into the holes were longer. Because they are short, they easily pop out.
