QuestionI am interested in trying one of these chairs but they don't have them at my local store and I am concerned they will not fit me. I am just within the height and weight limits advertised. What is the return policy on the chair if it doesn't fit me?

- Answer My friend is 6 foot 4 and 375 pounds, big boy, he has the chair and he fits but it is tight to squeeze in his arms to the arm massagers.

QuestionI tried a massage chair that grabbed your feet with the airbags and then moved to stretch your whole body. Does this chair do that? It was perfect for decompressing my herniated disc and I don't want to buy a massage chair without that feature.

QuestionThe foot thing grabs the back of your ankle so tight and they are hard it hurts. Is this normal ? I don’t see any way to adjust it.

- Answer I figured it out. While using it, you can go to manual and choose feet air (or something to that effect) and turn it off.

QuestionIs there a way to shorten/lengthen the preset massage times? We just received our chair and are still learning. We absolutely love the chair!

- Answer Yes. the preset time is 20 minutes. After you start the massage, hit the customize button, scoll all the way down to the bottom and you can add up to an additional 15 mins or you can decrease up to 15 mins. You will see +10, +5, -10, and -5 as options. You can combine +10 and +5 to add an additional 15, but you van't hit +10 twice or any option twice in one sitting. Hope this was helpful. Also you can find these same instructions in the manual that comes with the chair

- Answer It does use air bags for that. However, due to my height (I am 5' 4"), it's not effective for me, and there are no adjustments that account for it (or at least I've not been able to find).

QuestionDoes the chair use rollers for the back and shoulders? I want to make sure I'm getting more than just airbags on the neck, back, shoulders. I am on a laptop all day& need the "digging" in my shoulders like if someone used an elbow on my shoulder blades

- Answer no service manual leave the plastic on the chair remove door if you have to if not just push it thru it will not damage it i pushed it thru a 30 inch door way just make sure to it strait in even.

- Answer It's a real problem! Definitely will NOT fit through most interior doors, it's over 32" wide. Mine was delivered today. If you are skilled and brave you can take the 2 sides off then it is 29" wide, but the delivery crew won't touch it, which I get - it is just an unusual item they are not trained on. It's a shame. But I got mine inside and running now! Osaki makes some newer models that are 29" wide (smart!) but then the price is amazing on this one right now!

QuestionIm trying to figure out where to place this in my living room. How far out from the wall should I measure to see how much space it takes? Should I measure the depth of 64 inches? That seems like a lot…but is it 64 inches when in the unused position?

QuestionI've had 2 of these chairs. The 2nd one is very intense on my back. Almost painful. I turned the back intensity down to the lowest level. It's still too hard. Is there something wrong with this one?
