Is this more comparable to the lux instant pot, or duo? Does it have dual pressure settings? The ability to adjust pressure level? null

Yes it gives 3 options (less normal more) I got confused in the beginning but figured it out less is like simmering only under high pressure good for things that are less watery or no water like vegetables, normal mode it regular pressure cooker and more mode is high cooker.

It's the Lux

I believe the Insignia only has High pressure. If it has a low pressure setting I haven't found it yet

It has a single pressure setting. There is no ability to adjust the pressure.

You can not adjust the heat settings. You can adjust the minutes and hours. I don't own an insta pot so I cannot comment on that question. What turned me away from the insta pot was the inner pot not having a non stick coating.
