You need 110F for 8-12 hours. I would put water in the cooker, and a thermometer and try the keep warm setting first and see how close to 110F you can get. Lid on or lid off might be an option too. I like to put my milk in jars with sealed lids, in a water bath, rather than put milk directly into the liner. I have not made yogurt in this as yet, but intend to try, and share the results after I do.
