- Answer It didn't power my tv. I have the same brand and size but it didn't do anything when plugged in. There was a light that showed it was on but nothing but a black screen. I even left it plugged in for a couple of days and no changes. There was only like 2 pieces that fit the back of the tv but neither one worked.

- Answer No, I would not recommend using this adapter for your WD MyBook. This adapter only provides 600mA max, which is less than half of the 1.5 Amps that your WD requires.

- Answer most of the tips are round. i didn't see a tip that looked like most cell phone connectors. I would buy a charger that is specific to my phone, you don't want to jack with odd volts and amperage on your cell phone with a jack of all trades charger.

- Answer Yes. You can use this adapter for your portable cd player. Just choose the pin that fits and check the voltage on your cd player and move the button to match voltage on adapter.
