This happened to me as well. Apparently it became linked to my phone (to receive/answer calls) but wouldn't play media such as music. I unpaired it from my phone (for me it was selecting "forget") and paired it up again. Pressing the "source" button (speaking light will blink again) and selecting "NS-CSPBTHOL" on my phone via Bluetooth again. *Note, my phone didn't see/identify the speaker right away even after I "refreshed" the Bluetooth. I had to turn off and on the Bluetooth again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has played music in the past but it comes on but no sound or anything
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to the receiving device and unpair it with the transmitter first. Next, do the initial pairing processes or steps to re-pair the devices. You may expect to have to do that from time to time. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That has happened to my speakers also. It's most likely connected to another device (phone, tablet, computer, etc). Check with your family or surroundings in case they have used your speaker without your knowledge and just forgotten to disconnect the bluetooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once in a while I have a similar issue with my iPhone connecting via Bluetooth in my car. Doesn't seem to be any good reason for it. I'm able to reconnect if I turn Bluetooth off on my phone, then restart the phone and turn Bluetooth back on. Must reset something in the phone. Might work for your speaker as well. You could also see if another device (a friend's phone) can connect. Then you'll know if it's the portable speaker having an issue or the phone having connectivity trouble with the speaker.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What they don't mention is that this speaker needs to be charged periodically. If you got a lot of play out of it, connect it to a charger (look on the back for charging port), let it charge for a while, and you should be back in business. A little red light will come on in the back by the port when it's charging. When it's done, that light will go off. You have to treat it like a cell phone :). If that fails to work, take it back if you happened to purchase the protection plan. Good Luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try checking the volume on you device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. From the Users manual: • Make sure that your Bluetooth device is turned on, Bluetooth is turned on, and NS-CSPBTHOL is selected. • Turn up the volume on your speaker. • Turn up the volume on your Bluetooth device. • Make sure that your Bluetooth device is not muted. • Make sure that your speaker is not paired to another Bluetooth device. • Make sure that your Bluetooth device is not paired to another Bluetooth device I would add that maybe making sure it's fully charged would also be a good idea.
