All you need is the antenna outlet free on the tv to hook this up. If it is currently being used you can either use the FIOS or this antenna.

I would say you have to buy a antenna/cable switch. It has two coax inputs and one coax output with a switch built in. Inexpensive at bust buy. FIOS would be one input and the antenna the other. Output goes to TV. WHEN Fios craps out switch to antenna. That’s it! See sample in photo.

It will work fine without removing your FIOS cables. Use the Antenna In port to install on the tv and select the TV Antenna in Input.
