Yes it dose, I have a 22 ultra and it works fine.

Yes. There is a clamp that goes around the phone and then the clamp itself is a magnet. It's made to go on one way only when you attach the clamp to the gimbal so there's no messing it up. There's also an indicator of which side the camera should be facing on the clamp.

I have an iPhone but a YouTube tutorial warned that Samsung’s cameras don’t play nice with third party camera apps. It is worth a try, but save the receipt and packing materials in case it needs to go back for a refund.
