QuestionI am interested in an air fryer without the plastic smell: Where is the different in design and advantage between Model:140-3002-01 SKU:6415098 and Model:140-3000-01 SKU:6367858? I know the price and customer ratings are not the same.

- Answer Thanks for your question! The models you're asking about, the Vortex Plus and the Vortex Pro, are very similar in their functions. The Vortex Pro has two extra functions added: Proof and Toast. The control panel is also a bit different to accommodate the two extra buttons. The rest of the functions perform identically. - Answer Hello Emilie. Thanks for your question! You can absolutely cook a frozen pizza in the Instant Vortex Plus 10 Quart Air Fryer, Rotisserie and Convection Oven. The cooking tray is 9 1/16L x 10 1/8W inches. We hope this helps. Happy Cooking!

- Answer Hi Jack. Great question! The Vortex Pro is very easy to clean with just some warm soapy water throughout the Cooking Chamber which includes the heating elements, surrounding area, and interior walls. The door is removable for easy cleaning, and we recommend wiping down your door with a damp cloth. It is not submergible or dishwasher safe. The cooking trays, drip pan, rotisserie basket, rotisserie lift, spit and forks are all dishwasher safe.

- Answer Thanks for your questions! While operating, hot air will come from the vents. There should always be 5" of space around and above the Vortex to ensure proper ventilation. The outer surfaces may become hot during use.Please use proper hand protection when handling hot components. For more information, contact our support team or consult the user's manual.

- Answer Thanks for your question! Yes, a toaster oven is the best comparison for the Toast function on the Vortex. Depending on the wattage of the toaster oven, the Vortex will probably be faster, but otherwise the results should be quite comparable.
