• I have used glass baking dishes and casserole dishes in it. Just make sure they are Pyrex or something similar that is designed to be heated, not all glass is.

• Depends on the setting, when air frying, the air needs to be able to circulate through the food in order to cook it , but on bake setting any oven safe dish will suffice
