“Which Product? Does the TurboTax Business also include whats need to file personal tax returns - State and Federal? Or would TurboTax Home and Business be a better fit for my in-house LLC (which has had expenses but yet to have generated money) and my personal tax filings?”

From what I've read on the TurboTax website, the Business version is just for business taxes. It doesn't not mention personal income tax. The Home and Business version is for someone who files a Schedule C Business Income like a sole proprietorship. Depending on the type of business, you might need both. The TurboTax website has good details of what each product includes.
