Does it go up and down stairs? null

There is not yet a robotic vacuum cleaner that can climb stairs. But Roomba won't fall off them, and it will adapt and map if you take it to another level.

No, this style of vacuum can only roll around on a flat surface. I don't think there is ANY robotic vacuum out on the market that can go up and down stairs. If you have 2 levels, you can always pick up your Roomba take it upstairs/downstairs and then let it run. Or, if you have the money you can buy a secondary Roomba. The stairs themselves will be best served by a handheld Dyson. That's what I do weekly.
