Yes. I use mine every day with a smart phone for business and all other calls. Plug in ,dial up an unused FM channel, your set to go. My only issue
Is you need to adjust the volume between normal 
stations and the channel you use for the bluetooth.
Great little mike is attached .

Yes. My car is an older car and still has a cassette tape part of the radio. You use an empty station to play the music through. As long as you pair it to a smart phone and have a working radio it should work just fine
