- Answer Unfortunately, the JCA366 only supports up to 1920 x 1080P resolutions at 60 Hertz. - Answer The answer is yes, but it depends on your model of computer/laptop. I have 3 monitors connected to my Dell Latitude 5400 laptop (with i7 Processor and 16GB RAM). It does depend on the model/year as my previous Dell laptop did not have the USB C display port (aka USB 3.1 Gen 2) and could barely extend to two monitors and keep the laptop screen on. Now I have use of the 3 monitors and the laptop screen. I have not t tried a 4th. I don't think my laptop would support that many anyways.

- Answer Proper functionality entails downloading and installing a driver on a Windows or Mac platform and depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply. If your computer does not have a USB-C port, the JCA366 will not work and we do not recommend using a USB-C adapter to our device. The other option will be the JUA365. The JCA366 is the only adapter that has (4) HDMI ports.

- Answer Unfortunately, the JCA366 is not compatible with Chrome OS; if applicable, we may be able to recommend a plug-and-play device that requires no driver installation.
