The USB-C port next to the USB-A port supports 4K @ 60Hz video output. The other USB-C supports PD3.0. You would need to use the HDMI port to have a second display. This USB4 Dual 4K Multi-Port Hub requires an available USB-C port that supports Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3, or USB4.
