“How does one make sense of what this does for me & how it works? Received as gift. Looked for instructions in box & didn't find any there. Cute but disturbing little blinking lights mean nothing to me so I'm clueless on what they mean & what I'm supposed to do about it. I have very thin wrists & yet this thing is so uncomfortable I don't want to wear it. Do they make an ankle bracelet style? Read all sorts of stuff on reviews about "blue teeth" & "apps" which unfortunately I do not understand & have no interest in doing. Can I trade this in towards something I might find useful AND actually understand?”

You mean Blue Tooth and no theres not an ankle style. If it is uncomfortable maybe one size up might help. As far as the instructions you can go on Youtube and theres a video that actually shows you everything you'll need on how to set up and use it. If your still unhappy the return would be up to the store policy.

You could probably exchange it for something else but you would likely need a receipt and most other fitness bands require having a smart phone of some sort or some other technological device to get the information from the band. If it's uncomfortable you probably have too small of a size and should get a medium.
