Yes. I bought the olive colored set I had an issue with it went to store to replace I was given a choice to get same color or any other color available

within the 15 day return period, yes you can exchange them. if you also added the best buy protection plan for the headphones, you'll also be able to switch them out within those 2 years. hope this helps.
