Yes, You can connect to a PC or download and use the My JBL Headphones app on your Android or iOS device. That app gives you lots of other customization capabilities, recommend that.

Click on the Software Updates and you will be provided a download link for the HID Software Update tool that can be installed on a Windows computer. A .pdf file with instructions on how to update will be provided with the download. Important Note: At this time, you should download the software to a Windows PC only, MAC is currently not supported. The ELITE 700 headphones can also be updated via the “My Headphones” app. To connect to your laptop, you may use a 3.5mm aux cable or you can pair it via Bluetooth as long as your laptop supports the A2DP Bluetooth codec.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The firmware and instructions are available on JBL's website. The easiest way is to connect them to a laptop with the included cable. According to JBL some third party cables lead to damage of the headphones especially during firmware updates.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You attach them to the laptop using Bluetooth then run the program you downloaded from JBL. The program will download the new code and then update the earphones. All instructions are included with the download.
