A:AnswerHi, fellow JennAir user:
We had to replace the 2001 JennAir we had. We are stuck, because we needed a slide-in downdraft dual fuel 30" and that choice was only one: the JennAIr. I bought black silicone strips that fit between the tile and the range. They are supposed to be dishwasher safe, but that is not the case, so they need to be hand washed. Got them on Lord Amazon. By the way, the window is bigger and the light is really cool. It almost announces "the oven!"
We were told that this was the last model JennAir was going to make, so I sure hope ours lasts. Good luck!
A:AnswerWe had to order it on backorder in Elk Grove Pacific Sales store. They had ETA dates n it was only one to fit n be dual fuel we had to choose from. Bought in Dec., had their install guys do in home evaluation n measurements n told us what WE needed to do to prepare for arrival (electrical plug had ti be moved from side to back corner, out draft hole redone as no clearance in bottom at all like one being replaced, etc! Also find someone to cut granite as hole a 3/4” too small at counters (They charge $150 per cut so side n back we had done cheaper).
Installation n measurements are most accurate online n not from Best Buy.
Glad it took until Feb to receive so we were prepared for things installation guys don’t do!
A:AnswerWe ordered early Dec, scheduled delivery for Jan 4… they needed reschedule for March 25, now they are to reschedule again.
No answer to your question, I haven’t a clue when ours will even get here. Very frustrating.
A:AnswerI purchased this range in February. It hasn't been delivered. My dual fuel thermador is an electric oven and gas cooktop. It works like any other range.
A:AnswerI actually just ordered this range to replace my old JennAir range. I called JennAir with the Model No. to confirm that it can convert over to propane because that it what I have also. I spoke to a Customer Service Rep. at JennAir and he did confirm that it can be converted over.
