Will this dishwasher sanitize my dishes? null

Yes, there is a sanitize function. According to the manual it will heat the water to some 60+ degrees (Celsius) in the sanitizing cycle. But I am not sure that temperature can really sanitize dishes.

Yes. It has a high temp wash option, plus the Sani Rinse and heated dry.
