I've only printed on the glossy side. The other side is a matte finish, but I haven't printed anything on that side.

This is a photo paper for printing photos only. So NO you cannot print on both sides, it's not a normal everyday paper. For documents use a normal #20 Letter-size paper (comes in packs of 500 papers). For long-time display of photos in a frame, use the Kodak, Canon or Epson special photo papers (one side only). Photo frames can be seen from one side only :-)
