Please try again later.as of 11/29 it is still advertised to come with the cargo package ($177 value). i purchased one about 2 weeks ago. i picked up the bike from the store and the didn't have the cargo package so it was shipped it to me. it came about 5 days later. really happy with it. i strongly recommend it.
